These conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the e-commerce site.www.luniversdyrollam.fr
The acquisition of a product and the validation of an order entails unreserved acceptance of the conditions of sale.
The buyer therefore declares to have read it at the time of placing the order.

ARTICLE 1: PRODUCTS

All products are handcrafted, personally made creations, therefore each product is original. There may be very slight manufacturing differences from one product to another.
The photos on the covers of the articles are as faithful as possible, but L'Univers d'Yrollam cannot ensure a perfect similarity between the article ordered and the photograph. Indeed, because of this “artisanal” character, each product in the same series is unique.
Product offers are offered while stocks last.
On each item sheet the quantities available for purchase are indicated.
In the event of unavailability of a product despite a customer order, L'Univers d'Yrollam undertakes to either:
-Offer a similar product, at the same price.
-Reimburse you for the product in question.
 

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

Validation of the basket by you entails irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale and commitment to pay the amount due for your order.
L'univers d'Yrollam reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order.
 

ARTICLE 3: PRICES

The prices indicated on the e-commerce site "http://www.luniversdyrollam.com" are in Euros and all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Prices take into account the cost of raw materials and the working time necessary to produce the products.
L'Univers d'Yrollam reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, in particular due to variations in the cost of raw materials, but undertakes to apply the current price indicated to you upon validation of your order. .

ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & BACK

In accordance with article L.121-16 and following the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the order, which is exercised by return, at your expense and to the same delivery method, new items (in their original packaging, unused, undamaged) accompanied by the order number.
All complaints or requests for exchange/refund must be made within the time limit (7 days) to the email luniversdyrollam@gmail.com or via the contact form.
Any item damaged or soiled by the customer cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
 

ARTICLE 7: SAFEGUARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The creations sold are subject to a retention of title clause for the benefit of L'Univers d'Yrollam and remain its property until full receipt of payment.
The texts, photographs, products and content of the site are protected by law. Any copying, reproduction or fraudulent use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
