Deliveries

 

Your package is sent by Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Both systems benefit from a tracking number and you can therefore trace your order.
Each product is carefully packaged and protected by bubble wrap.

 

Preparing an order takes 2 to 3 days.

It is delivered by ®La Poste and Mondial Relais and the delivery time therefore depends on these companies. It is, on average, 2 to 5 working days.
You can, at any time, track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for your order by visiting these sites:

Orders are sent at your own risk, although particular care is taken with each item packaging. L'Univers d'Yrollam cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transport, after deposit of the package. at the post office or at a relay point.

 

Delivery is only in France.
Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the shipping method.
